- No, and no consultancy honestly can — the decision belongs to a government, not to an agent. What can be controlled is whether your file is complete, consistent and presented the way the authority expects, which is where most avoidable refusals come from.
- Will I deal with the same person throughout?
- Yes. One counsellor holds your file from shortlist to landing, so you are not re-explaining your situation to someone new at each stage.
- What if my preferred country is not one of your four?
- You will hear that in the first conversation rather than three months into an application. We would rather lose the enquiry than take on a route we cannot run properly.
