Common questions

Do you charge anything at all, at any stage?
No. Counselling, shortlisting, application handling, visa file preparation and pre-departure support are free to the student. Everything you pay — application fees, tuition, visa fees, English tests, medical screening — goes directly to the institution or authority charging it, in your own name. NexusEduWay does not collect those on your behalf.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the destination and on how quickly you can produce your documents. The parts nobody controls are the institution's processing time and the immigration authority's queue. The part you control is your paperwork, and that is usually what decides whether a file moves in weeks or months.
What if I do not have an IELTS score yet?
Say so at the start rather than at the end — it changes the shortlist rather than ending it. Some institutions accept alternatives, run their own English placement, or offer an intensive English programme before the main course.
Can you help if I have had a visa refused before?
Bring it up in the first conversation. A previous refusal has to be declared, and how it is addressed matters more than the refusal itself. A counsellor will tell you honestly whether it changes what is realistic for you.
What exactly does NexusEduWay do for a student visa?
Counsellors prepare and check the documentation, help structure the financial evidence correctly, and coach students for the interview where one is required. Nobody can guarantee a visa outcome — the decision belongs to the immigration authority — but most refusals stem from avoidable documentation errors rather than the applicant's profile.
Do you help after I arrive in the destination country?
Yes. Support covers accommodation, airport pickup and a pre-departure briefing on banking, transport and settling in, so the first weeks are not spent working out basics alone.
Can you help with scholarship applications?
Yes. Counsellors identify the scholarships you are actually eligible for at partner institutions and help prepare the application. Eligibility is set by the institution or funding body, not by NexusEduWay.
